Registration Guide

New to MyR9HSA?

  1. Visit MyR9HSA: Navigate to the desired event you wish to register for and enter your e-mail address to get started on creating a profile. Please note, creating a new profile does not make you a R9HSA member, therefore access to member rates and other member benefits will not be available yet. If you believe that your agency/organization are R9HSA members in good standing, please contact us at [email protected]. so we can link your newly created profile to the correct member agency which will grant your identity with member benefits. Please take this extra step prior to submitting your registration(s). If you are out of the R9HSA member area (states other than California, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii and the Outer Pacific), then you are good to proceed without member benefits.
  2. Register yourself: Since you are a new profile holder, enter all of your basic information. If you wish to submit any additional registrations for your peers, simply click on the “register a guest” button at the bottom of the form.
  3. Register your co-workers (register a guest): If you are trying to register a co-worker, you will select this option. Please not that by registering a guest, a prospect (non-member) profile will be created for each guest submission. If you are logged into a member profile, any guests registrations you submit will receive member benefits.

Already a member of MyR9HSA?

  1. Log into your MyR9SHA account: This is a very important step to ensure that if your agency is currently a R9HSA member in good standing, your registration and/or your team’s registration will receive the member-rate fee. If you do not have an account and/or your agency is currently not a R9HSA member, simply register as a guest to receive the non-member rate and to have a profile be created, then you may reset your username and/or password to gain access.
  2. Register yourself: Once logged in, all of your personal details (name, e-mail, address, etc.) that are currently saved on your profile will be automatically populated. If you wish to submit any additional registrations for your peers, simply click on the “register a guest” button at the bottom of the form.
  3. Register your co-workers (register a guest): If you are trying to register a co-worker, you will select this option. Please not that if you are registering a guest without logging into MyR9HSA, the system will automatically the non-member rates. If you are logged in, however your agency is currently not a R9HSA member, you will receive non-member rates.
